USDA Choice Steak or Chicken - Marinated chicken breast or choice sirloin steak, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and southwest spices.

Chicken or Carne Asada - Large flour tortillas stuffed with sirloin steak or seasoned chicken breast accompanied by onions, peppers, tomatoes, beans, and avocado.

Marinated fresh chicken breast in lime juice and southwest spices then flame-fired.
